Heading for Italy
The date is set: I'm heading for Gallarate, Italy on 9 July.
I am thankful that I will get the chance to experience working (and learning of course) for 2 weeks in one of the top 5 design consultancy in Europe. A colleague of mine is already there for 2 weeks.
Last time I travelled in Italy was more than 10 years ago. It would be hard not to get excited about the trip. Not sure if I could have a little bit of travelling after work in late July, but I guess at least I could go to Milan, where there'll be enough stuff to excite a designer.

Wow. You should stay a little longer after work. Relax and enjoy, take some great pictures!
A little longer?
1. Lulu tends not to join me -- too expensive for such a short trip, rather save it for a short trip in SE Asia w/the kids wor...
2. I also want to come back on time to meet you le!

very practical thinking. maybe after the kids have grown, you two can travel around Italy la.

o岩聽 ... yes, i would like to see you too, but i think there'll be plenty of chances in the future... oh... the Petra CDs are already in my suitcase. :) I like the song "Prayer" the most.
Yes, my neck is getting longer and longer for the Petra CDs.
Though I never have the song "Prayer", but I can see the lyrics by Bob Hartman are beautiful as always.

Beautiful song!
Thanks for the thoughtfulness!
Although I know there're countless Petra uploads on YouTube, I never thought of finding the song there -- probably getting stressed because of the trip -- got a flu lately, taking medicine for 4 days and recovering slowly -- still coughs because of an itchy throat.
Not fun to be sick when you're away. Will be praying for you. Stay healthy!
Thanks BigHead!
