Where is this?
Island East, a little commercial zone between Quarry Bay and Taikoo.
There's used to have a lot of factory buildings there, including big publishers like SCMP and big printing companies like DaiNippon. Now many of those moved away and so redeveloped into new grade-A office blocks, in its midst pubs, coffee shops and art galleries scattered everywhere -- quite a comfortable place actually.
Looks quite interesting.
